To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.By consenting to Rave Speakers’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Rave Speakers through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Rave Speakers. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number.   1. Terms and Conditions for $50 Uber Eats Gift Card Promotion

    1. Promotion Overview
      • This promotion entitles participants to receive a $50 Uber Eats gift card upon scheduling and completing a brainstorming meeting for an upcoming event.
    2. Eligibility
      • The promotion is open to organizations only.
      • The offer is limited to one (1) gift card per organization and to the first 20 organizations that sign up.
      • The person who schedules the brainstorming meeting must be a representative of the organization and must participate in the meeting.
      • The meeting must be for a verifiable upcoming event that the organization is involved with.
    3. Scheduling and Participation Requirements
      • The meeting must be scheduled and completed by June 21, 2024, within the promotional period.
      • The meeting must be a brainstorming session specifically for an upcoming event.
      • The scheduled meeting must be attended by the person who originally scheduled it, along with other relevant team members as necessary.
    4. Verification Process
      • The upcoming event must be verifiable. Participants may be required to provide documentation or other proof of their involvement in the event.
      • The organization must be a legitimate entity and not an individual.
    5. Gift Card Distribution
      • The $50 Uber Eats gift card will be awarded to the person who originally scheduled the brainstorming meeting, provided they participate in the meeting.
      • The gift card will be sent electronically to the email address provided during the scheduling process within 7 business days after the completion of the meeting.
    6. General Conditions

      • The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
      • We reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
